Kaelanne Quinonez, Founder and CEO
With a background rooted in both education and industry experience, I bring a strategic, professional approach to every client I serve. I hold a B.S. in Animal Science with a Minor in Equine Science from Cal Poly SLO and a M.S. in Business from Texas A&M, where I developed a strong foundation in branding, public speaking, and organizational planning.
My career has spanned roles in event management, sponsorship development, and personal brand consulting, each one refining my expertise in what it takes to succeed in competitive, high-visibility spaces like rodeos and pageants.
Over the years, I’ve worked with queens, athletes, and organizations to craft standout event programs, secure meaningful sponsorships, and create personal brands that are both authentic and effective. I combine creative vision with operational precision, offering services that don’t just meet expectations, they exceed them.

Exploring all facets of the western industry by working in any capacity. Horse training, riding lessons, event management, recruiting, sales, and business management are all skills learned and honed through day in and day out hard work.
2022-2023
Texas A&M University
Accelerated Master's program for business and entrepreneurial minded students. Crafted, pitched, and sold commerce as a Capstone project.
2015-2019
California Polytechnic State University
Hands on and "Learn By Doing" approach that applied to all aspects of the western industry from rangeland management, animal husbandry, to public speaking.
